Big Goals. Support Along the Way.
Your Goals. A Plan That Fits You.
Maybe you’re considering your first ultra. Maybe you’ve finished a few and want to feel stronger in the later miles. Or, maybe you’re ready for a goal that feels a little intimidating, and you’d like someone to help you figure out how to get there.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before we start.
• Know why you’re doing the work. Your training will have a purpose, with feedback that helps you understand your effort and recognize progress beyond pace alone.
• Make training work with your life. Busy weeks, tired legs, and changing schedules happen. We’ll adjust together so your plan continues to work for you.
• Feel more prepared for your race. We’ll train for the hills, terrain, and challenges ahead, building the strength and durability to keep going when the miles get hard.
• Figure out fueling before race day. We’ll practice eating and drinking during training so you can learn what works for your body and develop a plan you trust.
• Have someone to work through the details with. Pacing, gear, aid stations, crew questions, or a workout that didn’t go as expected. You’ll have a coach to help you make sense of it.
• Build confidence through experience. Confidence grows as you put in the work, learn about yourself, and see what you can handle. I’ll help you recognize those moments along the way.
You bring your goals, your questions, and a willingness to learn. I’ll bring thoughtful coaching, honest feedback, and years of experience to help you move forward.
